TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing a commission, you agree that you have read over and understand all the pointed outlined with in the artist Terms of Service and Agreement that you will compensate artist for time agreed upon price, right to refuse, and disclaimer.
BEFORE WE BEGIN...
I would like for all commissioners to read everything before asking questions and ordering, as I won't take any disputes caused by you not reading this properly. Please ask questions if you do not understand anything. Thank you.
GENERAL RULES
➤ I have the right to accept or decline a commission.
➤ When providing a reference please provide an image with the back, side, and front of the character(s). This will make it easier for me to get the characters clothing correct with any poses you or I may have in mind. Please do not give me DESCRIPTIVE REFS, PIECES OF IMAGES THAT PIECES UP TO MAKE A CHARACTERS AND SO FORTH I will deny these if given If receiving any of these type of refs I will automatically decline you!
➤ I am open to questions and negotiations, but any ill behavior/making a public scene will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs. If you by chance have any problems please pm me at RauticArts(at)gmail.com, Rautic_@Twitter or Rautic@instagram and I will reply within 1-3 days.
➤ If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission
PAYMENTS & REFUND POLICY
I accept via Paypal only, unless any other payment method is mentioned. USD ONLY!!!
➤ All commissions must be paid in full upfront. Work will not start until after payment is received. As I only work with up-front deposits.

➤ If your commission is over 600$+ you may ask to pay it in half, You can also have the opportunity to discuss other payment plans. You will then be held responsible to pay the other half/ remaining payments once the image is finished. If you fail to pay the remaining amount you will not receive the image(s) until you have done so. You will receive an Email/PM with a reminder of the missing payment.
➤ Please DO NOT pay me until I have accepted your commission!
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
(IMPORTANT) **There are absolutely NO FULL REFUNDS. This is so in order to avoid confusion and people from changing their minds at the last minute and wasting each other's time. I cannot stress this enough. The only time refunds will be issued will be in my case if due to my own inability to get the work done in any kind of way.**

I do have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

You do not have the right to cancel or demand a refund after the payment is received. So please think carefully before ordering.

Every Commissioner is responsible for their own financial obligations and situations! As I do not issue refunds for the commissioner's failure to manage personal finances and/or obligations! So please spend carefully.

If the money has not been sent yet. The commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

Full refunds are eligible if I myself have canceled the commission or if I have not started within the timeframe given from the payment date of the commission. However, If I had started on the piece it's not longer eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refunds are eligible ONLY if I had started on the commission but haven't finished within the given deadline from payment date.

DO NOT file a Dispute without communicating with me first or I will have to take legal action. As well as revoking your rights from getting future orders/opportunities.

Filing a Chargeback/Dispute will result in the following:
➤ Your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted.
➤ I will have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
➤ You will NEVER be able to commission from me ever again.
➤ Your name will be publicly posted to warn others to watch out for.
➤ I have the right to file a complaint and have all the right to the money you have given me.
PROCESS
➤ I will send you a confirmation to your preferred contact and a invoice (you will have 48 Hrs to complete the payment).

➤ Commission progress is always posted and updated on my TRELLO SO CHECK IT OFTEN. WIPS are sent for all works except for sketches. I will send you a sketch before coloring etc, to avoid mistakes and unsatisfactory work. You must respond to the WIP ASAP!! As the commission will not continue until I receive feedback and it is acceptable! WIPs going unanswered longer than within the given timeframe to a month will be automatically canceled and will not be refunded.

➤ WIPS also may be given if I, the artist, wonder about something about the commission.

➤ The estimated time for a commission to be completed can be up to 2 weeks min to 1 month max! Depending on events such as; Health, Order of commission, Complexity, Work, or Family/Life issues, and more.

➤ If any of the events above occurs you will be notified ASAP!

➤ The finished drawing will be sent as a full-sized 300dpi PNG file to your preferred EMAIL with use of WeTransfer. I may also post the work on any of my social media.

➤ Any orders with a deadline will be made on that date unless stated otherwise. If I feel that I cannot make the deadline I will refuse the order beforehand or provide a full refund if I already agreed upon it. **Request Specific Deadlines are for professional paid works only! Non-professional requested deadlines are an extra charge! (ie: birthdays, valentines, etc)**
FOR YOUR SANITY
➤ I will do everything I can in my power to ensure that you will have a happy/comfortable experience with my services and work.

➤ After a commission is finished only small changes are allowed to be made. i.e: small coloring/marking mistakes.
​
➤ Any great changes will come with an extra charge that I see fit depending on the change. i.e: Outfit change, Outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw completely.

➤ If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do any changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order beforehand!

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY
➤ l hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

➤ I am therefore allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
​
- Promote myself within any place or site.
- Publish books with.
- To display it anywhere to my liking.
- Post it wherever I want.
(if the commissioner really wants the piece to stay private I will allow it to.)

➤ The commissioner is only allowed to:
​
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use ONLY. Unless agreed otherwise.
- Can repost the artwork as long as proper credits are given.
- Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
➤ The following is considered copyright infringement:

- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (To make money off of it in any way).
- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the artwork in any shape or size without my consent.

➤ PRIVATE COMMISSIONS HAVE A 50% CHARGING FEE.
➤ If you would like to have the piece as a commercial type so you can make money of it etc, a purchase of the said rights needs to be discussed with the artist in order to do so.
